FAQ's

1. ​Can I return or exchange a sale item?

No. You cannot return or exchange a sale item. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty at the owner's discretion. See the Returns Policy page for full details.

​​2. Can I return or exchange an item without a receipt?

​No. You need to have proof of purchase for us to be able to process the return or exchange. See the Returns Policy page for full details.

​​​3. How long can a lay-by order be held for?​​​

For a full-priced item, a lay-by goes for 4 weeks and for a sale item we hold the lay-by for strictly 2 weeks only.

4. How can I buy your clothing through Afterpay? (COMING SOON!)

Afterpay is going to be fully integrated with the store’s online checkout. 

i) Choose Afterpay at Checkout. ​​All you need to do is choose Afterpay as your payment option when you’re ready to buy.  

ii) Quickly create an account using your existing debit or credit card. Afterpay splits your payments over four equal installments due every fortnight. Nominate the card you want to use and automatic payments are scheduled for you. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

iii) Instant approval. There is no lengthy process or wait times. Afterpay simply uses your mobile phone number and a few personal details to create your account instantly.

5. Are all of your brands that you sell Australian?

About 90% of our products are Australian Brands, however we do stock some labels from Italy and London. See the full list of our labels under the labels tab.

6. How often do you get new arrivals in?

We receive New Arrivals on a daily basis! So keep checking our Instagram and Facebook @lulaandsasha and website to see what is new in for the week! Sometimes we can't get photos of every product on the website and/or on Instagram. So coming in store is the best option to view our full range. If you can't find that perfect dress for an event one week, come in the following week and the perfect dress might be staring at you in the window! Plus the Lula & Sasha girls are always keen to help you find the best option and they can help you style the clothes into a stunning outfit when paired with our shoes and jewellery.

7. Are all of the products that you sell available online?

Most of them are, but not all of them! As much as we try to get most of our products online, sometimes we can't get photos of every single product on the website and/or on Instagram quick enough as they sell out. So coming in store is the best option to view our full range.

​​​​8. Do you order in more of the same piece of clothing once all the sizes have run out?


We don't usually order more than one size run of the clothes we order in so that our customers can never see someone else wearing the same outfit as them. However, we do order some products in again due to high demand – but it's rare!
